Nimble Knead Spa, Singapore (Review)

The new year has been pretty amazing so far, yet so tight and exhausting for me schedule-wise and of course, physically.

I needed a place to relax and just melt my worries away. And where else is good, if not a rejuvenating, calming and a therapeutic spa! I found one and it is definitely the highlight of my month.

Nimble Knead Spa, Singapore

Booking a spa session here is super easy. With just a few taps on their website, you’re good to go!

When I arrived, I was intrigued with the quaint and charming estate the spa was located in. It was just beautiful. Nimble Knead is situated in 66 Eng Wah Street. Housed in an incredible heritage building, a stunning testament to the Art Deco period which was fashionable at the time.

Unlike the vintage facade, Nimble Knead has a modern and industrial interior. The spa uses real shipping containers as the spa rooms, which is beyond cool!

The furnitures too, has little aspects of a shipping container which is really interesting for a spa which usually centers around a Thai and Javanese vibe. But not here and I love it.

“Free shipping to wherever your mind takes you.”.

The receptionist which was beyond polite registered me and explained the massage combo I’ll be having for the day. I had the Siesta massage promo, a 75-min body massage and a 30-min foot massage at only $84 at the time of this writing.

The spa had a calming ambience with soft lighting and soothing music, which immediately put me at ease. Once my masseuse was ready, they escorted me to the shipping containers and went over my preferences for pressure and any areas I wanted them to focus on.

The room was spacious and perfectly warm-lit. There is even an attached bathroom for you to use if your package includes showering.

My masseuse for the day is Vie. She’s really sweet and comforting. I’m naturally not used to random strangers touching my body unless I’m familiar with them. Vie is indeed very friendly and welcoming.

After washing my feet in a warm bath, Vie started the massage. And my god, it was so good. I actually snored a little here and there, it was so relaxing I snoozed.

The massage itself was amazing as Vie used just the right amount of pressure to release any knots and tension I had. I felt incredibly light and fresh after the massage. The attention to detail, from the quality of the massage to the calming atmosphere, made for a truly unforgettable experience.

I asked my back and shoulders to be focused on, and she did. I think I carried too many luggages that are way heavier than me, that caused my back to hurt so much. Vie, my masseuse, said that my back muscles were so stiff and indeed they were!

But after the massage? Wow, it definitely helped with the pain and aches. If you’re curious which spa package is great for you, check our their menu that is inclusive with the prices too.

I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. The spa offers a serene environment, professional masseuse and quality products that all come together to create a truly remarkable and tranquil experience. Don’t hesitate to ask them questions and make sure the spa is a good fit for you before booking your appointment.

I am thinking of getting their body scrub package next time!

Keep in mind that it’s important to choose a reputable spa to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, like I did!
